WICK AND WIRE CO IS HIRING!

We are looking for enthusiastic retail staff! As a retail assistant you will work as part of a team who are passionate and energetic, to help provide exceptional customer service to all our customers. These roles can be split between multiple stores such as our Cheltenham, Nunawading, Dandenong, Frankston or Pakenham Vape Shops and applicants with a license and car are ideal for these roles.

As a Retail Assistant you will be assisting customers on a daily basis by:

• Processing all sales orders and inquiries via phone and walk ins,
• Being able to ascertain the customer needs and provide a high level of customer service including; troubleshooting, selecting and finding the right products,
• Managing point-of-sale processes,
• Maintaining a good knowledge of hardware products and e-liquid products,

You will also occasionally:

• Attend staff meetings, training seminars to develop and maintain relevant technical knowledge and skills,
• Assist in quarterly stock take.
• Be required to work and travel between our store locations.

What we are looking for:

• Experience with a variety of devices and vape product.
• Passionate about the future of vaping.
• Experience in customer facing, customer service, or retail roles.
  
• Excellent communications skills.
• Enthusiasm for vaping and its diversity of people and products.
• Passionate about helping people and finding solutions for them.
• Flexibility to work across different stores within the region.
